Since 2020, Natalie has helped clients buy and sell over 80 million dollars worth of real estate. She has the experience, dedication, commitment, and drive to protect, guide, and educate her clients on how to navigate the Northern Virginia real estate market.
Natalie and her team of love what they do and love showing clients a "better" way to handle the stress often associated with buying and selling a home.
Natalie was born and raised in Australia and has been fortunate to travel to many parts of the world. Over the last 30 years, she has lived in Northern Virginia. Natalie absolutely loves meeting new people and her travel has given her respect and understanding of different cultures. With this background, Natalie is more than qualified to help you buy or sell your next home whether you are from overseas, from other states, or just around the corner!

Provide a thorough and up-to-date Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) so that you can price your home based on market statistics and trends.
List your home in MRIS Multiple Listing Service and at least 20 other popular sites, including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.
Provide free staging to help buyers visualize themselves in your home. You want buyers to imagine how they can arrange their furniture in their new home (your old home).
Hold at least two Open Houses to maximize exposure of your home.
Create beautiful brochures (with great photography) and marketing resources for potential buyers.
If Natalie cannot answer your question, she will draw on expert advice from the thousands of local Compass agents.
